Ms. Lorraine Fesaitu is an accomplished administrative and HR professional with over a decade of progressive experience at the Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption (FICAC). She holds qualifications in Administration and Human Resource Management from the Fiji National University and TAFE New South Wales, and earned a Postgraduate Certificate in
Business Administration (HRM) from the University of the South Pacific. She is currently pursuing her Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration at USP.
In 2024, Ms Lorraine represented FICAC at the prestigious Masterclass on Integrity and Excellence in Public Governance at the University of Queensland, Australia, sponsored by the Australian Government through the Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade (DFAT)
Since joining FICAC in 2010, Ms. Lorraine has steadily advanced through key roles—promoted to Senior HR Officer in 2023, appointed Acting Manager Administration in March 2024, and formally confirmed in September 2024.
Ms. Lorraine brings a wealth of knowledge, a strong commitment to public service, and a deep understanding of institutional operations to her leadership role at FICAC.
