The latter’s counsel also sought the Court’s time for Toaisi to take his plea.
Resident Magistrate Jeremaia Savou then enquired on whether Ravu can have agreed facts, to which his counsel, confirmed both parties can attempt to do the same.
The matter has been adjourned to 28 August 2024 for Pre-Trial Conference for Ravu and plea to be taken for Toaisi.
